Palm Beaches Marathon & Run Fest
WHAT?
The Palm Beaches Marathon & Run Fest is more like a race with a Florida vacation "Palm Beaches Style" thrown in for fun.
WHERE?
Palm Beaches Marathon & Run Fest isn't just a race or a way to keep in shape before the holiday parties and cheer; it's a vacation onto itself. You can run through picturesque waterfront streetscapes and historic neighborhoods. Palm Beaches Marathon & Run Fest is also a qualifying race for the Boston Marathon.
Things start off on Flagler Drive right along Lake Worth Lagoon in downtown West Palm Beach – so from the start you were in sight of water. In last year's route, the south end of the race course took you through downtown Lake Worth, with a quick look over to the ocean and back up along the water again - to the finish line in West Palm Beach. At the finish you picked your after party in any of the West Palm Beach finest entertainment and shopping districts. Best of all, even if you're not quite ready for 26.2 miles, try the Half-Marathon, 10K, 5K or Kid's Marathon.
